Attention all Freshmen! Picture Day is today, Tuesday August 21st all day in Harvey Auditorium. Pictures will be taken during your English class. These pictures will be used for the yearbook. For any sophomores or juniors who missed picture day last spring, you may take your make up picture on today--just report to Harvey at the beginning of any period.

Have you ever considered becoming an attorney?  If so, then Mock Trial is for you. Come to the first meeting on Tuesday, September 28, at 2:45 pm. In WH111.See Mrs. Salcido for more details.  You don’t want to miss out.

The first Drama Club meeting of the year will be Wednesday, August 22 after school in Little Harvey.

NOR is hiring after school flag football and volleyball coaches. Coaches work 4.5-9 hrs. weekly for $11.50 an hour. Must be 16 years or older to apply. Pick up information flyer in the career center.

The drama club will be holding auditions for its fall play, Almost Maine on August 29th and 30th after school in Little Harvey. Auditions are open to all BHS students so if you want to become a part of theater then this is your chance. Sign up online at or see Mrs. Brandon in Aud. 101 for more information.

Calling all Drillers! The Fall class color rally will take place this Friday August 24th double 2nd period in the gym. Get ready to show your spirit by wearing your class colors! Seniors are red, juniors are yellow, sophomores are green, and freshmen are orange. Let's see which class has the most class spirit!

Pre-order your copy of the 2018-2019 yearbook now!  Yearbooks can be purchased in the finance office with your student ID card, or online at  If you wish to personalize your yearbook cover, you must order it online by Sept. 15th.  Yearbooks are $75 – this is the lowest price of the year!  Order your copy today before the price goes up!

Freshmen—if you are interested in running for Freshmen Class Council, come to the election meeting this Wednesday, August 22nd during 4th lunch in the SAB right after the freshmen assembly.  And bring your friends! We are looking for Freshmen Class President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Historian, and class reps!  Elections will be here soon so don’t miss out! 

ASB Stickers are on sale now in the finance office! New this year, ASB stickers will get you in FREE to all athletic events (except playoffs).  ASB Stickers are only $20 – AND YOU GET IN FREE!  That’s right, FREE!  Please have your student ID card when you come to the finance office.
