COVID VACCINE CLINICS

Kern County Public Health and the Kern Medical Mobile Vaccine Clinic will be hosting a COVID Vaccine Clinic for all students, staff, and community members ages 12 years and older on Friday, May 21st and Friday, June 11th in the BHS Cafeteria from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  

KHSD Students interested in receiving the Pfizer vaccine can register at: http://bit.ly/highschoolvaccine. 

*Parents will need to sign the consent form (provided on the link or download form below) for students to participate.  Students can receive their vaccine without a parent present, as long as they have a signed consent form with them when they check in.  Please bring a photo ID (Synergy app, school ID card, driver's license, etc.).
