What has been your favorite experience in swim or polo? (This can be outside BHS too)

In general, practices are always very enjoyable. You get to be with people who encourage you to be your best and to simply socialize! But I’d have to say the same about the meets. Being with your teammates and cheering them on is always great fun!

What has been your greatest accomplishment in aquatics?

Outside of BHS I had made it to the South Western Age Group Regionals (swagr) and many junior olympics. But I’d also have to say that everytime I improve my times, it’s a huge accomplishment.

What do you want to do after high school?

I plan on attending a college in California and studying either mechanical engineering or something in the medical field.

Do you have plans to swim or play polo in college?

I would love to swim in college and possibly play water polo.

What are your interests outside of aquatics?

I love bettering the community through community service, joining community friendly clubs (such as ecology club). I also enjoy surfing and hanging out with my friends.

What is your favorite Subject in school?

My favorite subject in school is my engineering class (PLTW).

You just finished a grueling practice, what is your go to food?

My go to is chocolate milk! But in terms of food I’d have to say chicken and rice.

Keeping with the food theme, what is your favorite snack to bring to meets or matches?

I love bringing Cliff bars to meets/practices. I also love oranges.

If you were to give a shout out to one or two teammates, who would they be?

Ella Meszaros
